A booking is a seat at one hosted evening. It is not a membership, a match, or a promise that you will leave with a friend.

The seat is yours. You can ask, through the contact page, to transfer it to a friend when the refund window has closed and there is time to do it.

Each meetup has its own refund note. For The Long Table: Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start. After that, the fee stays with the booking. Use the contact page and the booking can be transferred to a friend when there is time.

You agree to the community guidelines. The host can refuse entry or end someone's evening when those guidelines are broken.

If an evening is cancelled by the host, the fee is refunded. Hello Stranger's responsibility for a meetup is limited to the fee you paid for that seat.

These terms follow the laws that apply where the meetup is held.
